Overnight Oats Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oats Use quick oats for faster preparation.
  • 1 cup Milk or yogurt Any kind of milk or yogurt works.
  • 1 cup Fruits (like bananas or berries) Mix and match your favorite fruits.

Egg Muffins Ingredients

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Vegetables (like spinach or bell peppers) Chopped.
  • 1/2 cup Cheese Optional.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Optional Toppings

  • to taste Nuts Use any nuts you prefer.
  • to taste Honey Optional sweetener.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • For overnight oats, combine oats with milk or yogurt and your choice of fruits in a jar. Refrigerate overnight.
  • For egg muffins, whisk eggs with chopped vegetables, cheese, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture into a muffin tin.
  • Bake the egg muffins at 350°F (175°C) for 15-20 minutes.

Serving

  • Serve the overnight oats straight from the jar, topped with additional fruits or nuts.
  • Remove the egg muffins from the muffin tin and serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

Store leftover overnight oats in the fridge for up to 3 days. Keep extra egg muffins in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can also be frozen and reheated.
