Sauce Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce Can substitute with more soy sauce if needed.
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon water To mix with cornstarch.

  • Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

Cooking

  • In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the beef strips and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add minced garlic and grated ginger, stir-frying for an additional 1 minute.
  • Toss in the broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until tender.
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, and water to create a sauce.
  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet along with the sauce, stirring to combine everything well.
  • Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.

Notes

Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds or green onions. Pairs well with steamed rice or a fresh salad. For leftovers, cool completely, transfer to an airtight container, and store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
