Ingredients
  

For the Beef Mixture

  • 1 lb ground beef Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles, diced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mustard

For the Sliders

  • 8 slices cheddar cheese Feel free to use different types of cheese.
  • Sesame seeds (optional) Sprinkle on top if desired.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until beef is browned; drain fat.
  • Stir in ketchup, mustard, pickles, salt, and pepper.
  • Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  • Spoon the beef mixture evenly over buns.
  • Top with cheese slices and cover with the top halves of the buns.
  • If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Baking

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and sliders are heated through.

Serving

  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, place them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or until warmed through. You can prepare the beef mixture and assemble the sliders ahead of time, just bake them right before serving.
