Ingredients
  

Meats

  • 3 slices Salami You can fold or roll for presentation.
  • 3 slices Prosciutto You can fold or roll for presentation.
  • 3 slices Chorizo You can fold or roll for presentation.

Cheeses

  • 100 grams Cheddar Cut into chunks.
  • 100 grams Brie Leave whole or slice.
  • 100 grams Gouda Leave whole or slice.

Fruits

  • 1 bunch Grapes
  • 2 slices Apples Sliced.
  • 1 cup Berries

Nuts

  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Walnuts

Crackers and Bread

  • 8 slices Baguette Slice as needed.
  • 1 bag Pita Chips

Other Ingredients

  • 1 cup Olives Use any preferred type.
  • 1 cup Pickles
  • 1 cup Hummus
  • 1 cup Mustard

Preparation

  • Start by choosing a large board or platter. Make sure it’s clean and dry.
  • Arrange the meats first. You can fold or roll them for a nice presentation.
  • Next, add the cheeses. Cut some into chunks and leave other pieces whole.
  • Fill in spaces with fresh fruits. Scatter them around to add color.
  • Add bowls of spreads, nuts, and olives for texture and variety.
  • Finally, place crackers or bread around the edge to make it look inviting.

Notes

Serve the board in the center of the table and let everyone serve themselves. Pair with drinks like wine or sparkling water. Store leftovers in airtight containers.
