  • 2 cups frozen chicken, cooked and shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 package biscuit dough

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, frozen vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.

Baking

  • Open the biscuit dough package and cut each biscuit into quarters. Scatter the dough pieces on top of the chicken mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbly.
  • Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add some shredded cheese on top of the casserole before baking. You can replace the mixed vegetables with your favorites, like broccoli or peas. If you like a bit of spice, consider adding some crushed red pepper flakes. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for 2-3 months.
