Instructions
 

Cooking the Tortellini

  • Boil a pot of salted water and cook the cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Steak

  • Season the steak with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Cooking the Steak

  • Once the oil is hot, add the steak to the skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.
  • Remove from the skillet and let it rest.

Making the Sauce

  • In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Combining Ingredients

  • Pour in the heavy cream and whole milk, stirring well.
  • Gradually add the parmesan cheese, mixing until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Slice the steak into strips. Add the tortellini and steak to the sauce, tossing until everything is well-coated.

Serving

  • Garnish with chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, and cracked black pepper if desired.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the steak for a few hours before cooking. Use freshly grated parmesan for the best taste and texture. Adjust the amount of garlic and spices according to your preference.
