  • 3 types Assorted cheeses (cheddar, brie, gouda) Choose a mix of hard and soft cheeses for different textures.

Cured Meats

  • 2 types Cured meats (salami, prosciutto)

Fruits

  • 3 types Seasonal fruits (apples, pears, grapes) Use seasonal fruits to enhance the flavors and add autumn colors.

Nuts

  • 2 types Nuts (walnuts, pecans)

Crackers and Bread

  • 1 assortment Crackers and/or bread Place around the edges of the board.

Sweet Complement

  • 1 jar Honey or jam Drizzle or place in a small bowl for serving.

Garnish

  • 1 bunch Fresh herbs (rosemary, thyme) Use as a garnish for an aromatic touch.

Preparation

  • Select a large wooden board or platter as the base.
  • Arrange the cheeses in different sections, slicing some for easy serving.
  • Roll up or slice the cured meats and place them alongside the cheeses.
  • Fill in the gaps with seasonal fruits and nuts for color and variety.
  • Add crackers or bread around the edges.
  • Drizzle honey or place jam in a small bowl as a sweet complement.
  • Garnish with fresh herbs for an aromatic touch.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

If you have leftovers, cover the board with plastic wrap and keep it in the fridge. Best enjoyed fresh for optimal flavor and freshness.
