Preparation

  • In a slow cooker, add the beef bites and baby potatoes.
  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the minced garlic. Cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Stir to combine, then cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.

Notes
