Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken or preferred ground meat
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 8oz can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 4 pieces burger buns for serving

Instructions
 

Cooking the Chicken

  • Fully cook your ground chicken on the stove until no pink is left on the meat.

Making the Sauce

  • While your chicken cooks, mix together brown sugar, salt, paprika, mustard, onion powder, pepper, garlic powder, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup in a bowl.

Combining Ingredients

  • Pour your Sloppy Joes sauce all over your cooked ground chicken.
  • Mix everything together until the sauce covers all of your chicken.

Serving

  • Serve on warm burger buns with your favorite side items!

Notes

Feel free to adjust the seasoning to your taste. If you like it spicier, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or some hot sauce. Use a good quality ground chicken for better flavor and texture. Don’t skip warming the burger buns!
