  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and ginger, sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  • Add ground turkey to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes.
  • Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until they are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Pour teriyaki sauce over the turkey and vegetables, tossing to coat everything evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Serve over cooked rice or noodles and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.

Notes

Use fresh vegetables for the best taste and texture. Adjust the amount of teriyaki sauce to fit your taste preference. For a spicy kick, add a dash of red pepper flakes or sriracha sauce. Consider adding a side salad or steamed edamame for a complete meal. To store leftovers, cool completely and refrigerate in an airtight container for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
