  • 1 cup 1 cup heavy cream Whipped until soft peaks form
  • 8 oz 8 oz cream cheese, softened Ensure it is at room temperature
  • 1 cup 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder For richer flavor, use dark cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  • Start by whipping the heavy cream in a large bowl until it forms soft peaks. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Gradually add the powdered sugar and cocoa powder, mixing until well combined.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until everything is well blended.
  • Add mini marshmallows and chocolate chips, folding them in carefully.
  • Pour the mixture into the chocolate pie crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 3 hours to set.

Notes

Serve chilled with whipped cream or chocolate shavings. The pie can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. For freezing, wrap it tightly and thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
