Preparation

  • Form the ground beef into balls and place them in the skillet.
  • Smash the balls down with a spatula to form patties, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side.
  • Flip the patties and add cheese on top.
  • Cook until the cheese is melted and the burgers are cooked through.

Assembly

  • Assemble the tacos by placing a burger in a taco shell or tortilla.
  • Top with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes
