Preparation and Cooking

  • In a crock pot, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce.
  • Mix well until all ingredients are well combined.
  • Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  • Once heated through, stir in the shredded cheddar cheese and cook until melted.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions if desired and serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or crock pot until hot.
