Preparation

  • Start by washing and slicing the strawberries into small pieces.
  • In a bowl, mix the yogurt with honey or maple syrup if you want extra sweetness.
  • Drop small spoonfuls of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Add a piece of strawberry on top of each yogurt dollop.
  • Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 2 hours, or until the yogurt dots are frozen solid.
  • Once frozen, gently remove the dots and store them in a freezer-safe container.

Notes

Use Greek yogurt for a thicker texture. Experiment with fruits like blueberries or raspberries and adjust sweetness if desired. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month.
